All the colleges of Delhi university commence its classes after 20th July.
They conduct orientation in 19 or 20 July.
After that classes begin. Same with the shaheed Bharat sigh evening college.

The placements in the college are excellent with a lot of reputed companies coming in with offers. Many internships are also offered to the students.
The infrastructure of the college is very top notch with good libraries and well ventilated classroom facilities. Faculty are also highly trained and qualified.

If the difference is minor maybe less chances of rejection. But for instance if it's too much then yes it will cause you a lot of trouble. All the names of your educational documents should be same and if there is some error you can get it right
