It does not matter whether the total number of marks in 10+2 examinations were 75 or 100. According to University of Delhi guidelines, every paper will be considered in the ratio 70:30 (theory:practical) if the total marks are less than 70% in theory.

You are judged based on the registration form of you hvnt uploaded the ews certificate then you might not be considered for the ews category.
Still you can try, take it along with you during the admission procedure you might be considered.
