Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as in all India exams for admissions so you need to submit central category certificate at the time of counselling or admissions as state category certificate will not be eligible for the same during central government exams or counselling. You need to have central category certificate to get admissions in central government colleges and state certificate for admissions in state government colleges.

Since you want to opt for a BA Degree, I would suggest that you select a subject of your choice rather than picking a subject from the science stream. It is totally fine if you go with Humanities subjects like History if you want to switch your stream in college.
Yes. This makes you eligible to write CAT after which, if you do satisfactorily, then you can apply to IIM. But yes, your marks are more than enough of go through the selection process.

The fees of Dr br Ambedkar University delhi for bba course is 2.67 lakh for 3 year and beleive me it worth ,the infrastructure is good , faculties are very supportive , friendly nature , well disciplined , and a good exposure in delhi as it is a metro city. So with regard to your query, the admission process in Delhi University is done in two ways, 1) entrance based admission 2) merit based exam.
Entrance Based exam:
To get admission through entrance based exam you need to write DUET exam. The exam is conducted by NTA. Once the merit list is released by the authorities you need visit the university for the purpose of DU admission form.
Merit Based admission:
For this process the undergraduate marks of the students are considered and after registering yourself in the portal, the university releases the cutoff and you need to check the list. Once if you get selected you need to visit the campus for the purpose of admission process.
Eligibility criteria for Entrance Exam i.e. DUET:
To be eligible for the exam you need to complete any degree with 55% of aggregate marks. It is a PG level exam so you need to complete your undergraduate course.

Earlier DU JAT Exam was conducted by NTA for getting admission into Delhi University but now it was replaced by CUET .
From the academic year 2022-23 there will be No DU JAT and the candidates have to appear in CUET-UG test (https://www.mbauniverse.com/bba/cuet) for admission in BBA and all other undergraduate programs offered by DU colleges and all the other 44 Central Universities.
The Delhi University BBA admission process will be based on CUET (https://www.mbauniverse.com/bba/cuet) score only and the exam will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).
The exam pattern for CUET 2022 exam was comprises of three sections: language, domain-specific, and general aptitude.
The exam is conducted in 13 different languages: Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarathi, Bengali, Assamese Punjabi, Odia, and English.
