today i have fill up the form for bangabasi college but i didnt receive any email or any message from the college

Srija Mitra 14th Sep, 2021

Hi,

It is highly unlikely that an institution will send any e-mail or message just after you have filled up the application form of the college. If you want to know the status of your application process, you can visit the official website, log in with your user ID & password & the see your application status. If you have any further doubts, you can contact the college authorities directly by calling them or by dropping an e-mail.

Hope this helps.

neet score 530 any chance of govt medical in up

Nimisha Sharma 14th Sep, 2021

With 530 marks, your expected CRL rank in Neet is in the range 68,000-70,000. This analysis is done on the basis of previous year rank vs marks. Unfortunately with your score, it is difficult for you to get into any government college in UP. You should aim for a score above 600+ to ensure a seat in a good institution if you have plans of attempting the exam again next year.

Check out the link below to explore the neet cutoff for various government medical colleges.

i took neet with bio math i cant handle mathematics portions with neet should i take ip ? will i have back up if we didnt score well in neet

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 4th Aug, 2021
Hi

I am guessing that you are asking about subject choices for your 10+2 to be eligible for NEET.

Yes, you can definitely choose IP instead of Maths for your 10+2.

This is because,
Maths is not required to be eligible for NEET.

Whatever subjects you choose, just make sure that you have
  • Physics
  • chemistry,
  • biology/biotechnology
  • English
  • For the 5 th subject you can choose any subject of your choice like IP /Maths/ Hindi etc or any other subject

For your reference,

Neet eligibility criteria is provided below:-

As per,Neet  eligibility criteria to be eligibleyoumust be either appearing for 12th board examination or shouldhave passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

----------)at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category

----------)at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc/St

----------)at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Also,

* to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old or more by31st December of the year of appearing for neet

* There is no upper age limit for Neet as of now.

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

For detailed information about neet examination eligibility go through our page for which link is provided below; -

i am from general category my marks in neet 2021 are coming 433 can i get bams government college up

Ayush Roy 13th Sep, 2021

Hello Aspirant, You mentioned your expected marks to be 433 out of 720 and you are from general category. Based on your expected score, your overall percentile may end up around 88.85 - 89.35 while your AIR should lie somewhere around 170603 - 202753. As per your performance and previous years' cutoff trend, the general candidates need to fetch a 500+ marks out of 720 to be on the safe side of the game.

It is quite hard to give an exact answer right now whether you will get chance for BAMS at government colleges in Uttar Pradesh as cutoff significantly changes every year and depends on various factors like difficulty of question paper, number of candidates appeared, availability of seats etc.

All that can be said right now is, for getting admission at top Government Colleges the cutoff generally ends up as high as 480+ while the same for other  government colleges is found to be as high as 450+ for General candidates. (If this is the case then you may have good chance to grab a seat in any rounds of State Counselling.)

To know more about the medical colleges in UP that offer BAMS as well as to refer to the cutoff trends, please follow this link:

when should take up couching for GATE should I do first self study and then go to couching or direct couching with any knowledge abt what I m going?

Akshita Dhiman 4th Aug, 2021
Hello aspirant,

If you have a stronghold of the basics of your degree subjects, you can proceed with self-study. If you are starting from absolute zero and do not know the course subjects whatsoever it is best to go for coaching.

With self-study, you will have to put in a lot more effort finding the right resources to guide you with the preparation for the exam. If you are someone who can cope with self-studying, you can very well go further. There are several online resources available like made easy, YouTube videos that can guide you along the process.

Coming to coaching, the best part about coaching is that you will learn the shortcuts that will help you to solve questions easily. You will also know which chapters to learn and which to skip, which will save a lot of time. Even though it is expensive it is worth it.

You will be provided with the study material and also assignments, that will access your progress now and then. A competitive exam like GATE is a tough exam and a little guidance does not harm. You need to access where you stand with your course subjects and then make a decision about whether to go for self-study or coaching.

I, however, recommend going for coaching and side by side self-study. Revise all the concepts daily. You should know that if you are thorough with your college textbooks, know the shortcuts to solve NATs, and also have practiced a lot you are sure to crack GATE with a high score.

For more information regarding GATE 2022, access the link below:

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate

GATE registration will start on August, 30th. You have 6 months until preperation, start accessing where you stand with your course subjects. Make a note of the topics or subjects that you are weak in, and also your strong subjects. Start first with your weak subjects because it will take time to build those basics, practice them, revise your concepts daily and always solve previous year question papers. GATE does not have repetitive questions. Every year the paper is set in such a way that the questions are not repeated. Solving previous year's question papers will give you an idea about the difficulty level.

I hope this information helps!

Thank you!

I am getting 527 marks in neet 2021 can I get any government medical college i am from up

riteshkandpal499 13th Sep, 2021
Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 74929 - 82675 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the expected marks vs ranks
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank
Assuming you are from general category  So according to previous years the cutoff marks for government college in up is more than 550 marks
So you have less chances to get seat in government medical colleges but you can get private medical colleges.
Here you can check the previous year cut off marks
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up
You can use college predictor tool to know about the colleges you can get

Can i get a government college in UP if i score 520 marks in neet 2021. By government i mean gov. MBBS, BDS or BAMS. I belong to OBC.

Swarnendu Bhattacharya 13th Sep, 2021

Hi

It is very difficult to predict the actual rank from your marks as it changes every year based on different factors like how many candidates appeared on your session, how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appeared. Based on previous few years trends and cutoff your predicted rank should be around 80861 to 98011. Based on this rank and assuming you are from general category it is difficult to get government colleges in UP with this rank both in MBBS and BDS in all india quota as the lowest ranks are 9820 and 16013 respectively.
