Since your percentile score is quite good , you might be able to fetch a seat in these valuable colleges , but nothing can be assured about which branch you will get . See as per the eligibility criteria for CAT 2021 the candidate should either have graduated with minimum 50% aggregate or should be in his/her final year and as you have mentioned that you are in your second year and usually the graduation courses are of either 3-years or 4-years so being a 2-year candidate you are not eligible for CAT this year but you can apply for CAT next year.
