For UPTU Domicile: According to UPTU Eligibility 2021 Candidates who have passed qualifying examination from institutions located in UP or whose parents are domicile of UP can apply for UPTU 2021. If candidates have studied or passed qualifying examination from outside UP, they will have to produce domicile certificate of their parents (father or mother only) during document verification. Apart from this if candidates parents are not a domicile of UP and have passed qualifying exam from an institution outside UP, then also they can apply for this entrance exam. However, these candidates will be considered for admission to only 20% of sanctioned seats available in private institutions affiliated to UPTU Eligibility.

Quota Seats: Uttar Pradesh State Government has permitted 10% of total sanctioned seats for admission in first year in Technology/ Architecture courses in Private Institutions affiliated to AKTU shall be opened to candidates whose parent belongs to State other than Uttar Pradesh and has passed qualifying examination from an Institution located outside Uttar Pradesh. These seats shall be filled on basis of UPTU 2021 Merit.

Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders shall be treated at par with Indian citizens for the purpose of admission. A candidate who is not from Kerala origin but fulfils any one of the below-mentioned eligibility criteria will be categorised as 'Non-Keralite Category ,

1. Studied 10+2 in Kerala and whose parents are Non- Keralites belonging to the Government of India/Defence Service, posted to Kerala
2. Has studied 10+2 in Kerala and whose parents are Non- Keralites serving/served Government of Kerala for a minimum period of two years including the period of study of the qualifying exam
3. KEAM eligibility criteria further state that candidates who are not from the Keralite or Non- Keralite Category-I shall be considered as Non-Keralite Category-I

You will not face any problem if the address is different  in the certificates such as Adhaar card, Educational Certificates from category certificate. As long as the category certificate is valid and is in the format specified you will not face any issue with it at the time document verification for JoSAA counselling. The eligibility criteria to appear for NCHMCT JEE 2021 is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) from a recognized board. JSOS is a recognized board and its certificate is valid for higher education purpose so you are eligible to apply for NCHMCT JEE 2021.

You need to fill the application once again using an alternate E-mail ID and phone number, pay the application fee and submit. See now the decision has been announced on the result policy for class 12th, according to which the result of class 12th will e made on the basis of your performance in class 10th, 11th and in internal assessments of class 12th now there might be some students who would not be satisfied with their result so the board has provided an option to those candidates who are not satisfied with their marks can appear for examination when the situation will get under control. So if you will not consider your class 112th result satisfactory for admission to your dream institute then you will have provision to appear for the examination but it will create some delay because exams will only be candidate when the situation gets under control due to COVID-19.

Also you need to understand this thing that you are not alone who is goin to face this problem because most of the students do not score good enough percentage in class 11th so this will affect their result as well so the cut-offs will accordingly be adjusted by the authorities.
