First things first, for becoming an IAS officer one has to write the UPSC examinations that occur in three stages: Preliminary, Mains and Personal Interview. 

The Preliminary exams are just for the sake of qualifying to Mains. Your preliminary exam's score won't be considered in the final score.

Hello Aspirant,

The basic eligibility for giving upsc is that the  Candidate must have Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university.
Candidates are appearing the final year exams can also apply.
The maximum age for general is 32 and the maximum number of attempts is 6.

helo aspirant, just be clear about your aim what you  want to do either join startup or prepare for an ias exam. both have difficulties in it. if you have interest in enterprenurship than go for startup. if have interest in politics and welfare of state than u can go
