Agriculture is more crop oriented and planning of cultivation, agriculture design an doutput product,, supply chain management,, fertiliser crop management. 

Horticulture is more inclined towards job opportunities like garden development, area management and production cintrol, Supervision and production design.

Yes you are eligible. But you will get less amount from the scholarship. You may get the hostel and mess fee.
