    If you get a seat in UPSEE 2017 5th round, then you need not to pay any fee in the college where you get a seat in round 5. In such a case, the college will not do anything. Only you have to personally get your fee transferred

    Tentative vacancies means the seats which are tentatively vacant in or after any particular round of seat allotment in a given national/state level entrance examination for which the seat allotment is further done.

    You have to explore the seat withdrawal option which should be done within the deadline and as per the procedure mentioned.
