What is the procedure of canceling seat in college abesit by taking admission through upsee counciling? Is it fees refund completely?

Dear Mohit,
You have to explore the seat withdrawal option which should be done within the deadline and as per the procedure mentioned. As per rules, the examination authority only charges registration/maintainence charges. Rest of all your amount paid will be refunded, however, if the seat withdrawal is done on or before the last date scheduled for it.
