Hi there,
Anyone can provide you a college's highest, average and lowest package but not guarantee where your package will lie as it depends on various factors; your preparedness, questions in exam, your interviewer and interview. So instead of this focus on improving your skills.
hello,
60 % aggregate in PCM means the combined marks in physics, chemistry and maths. ... Suppose, out of 100, you got 58 in physics, 93 in chemistry and 89 in maths. Then your average marks will be (58+93+89)/3 = 80. So, even though, you did not get above 60 in each subject , you will be eligible for taking admission in VIT .
hope this helps!
Well first of all congratulations on your achievement. Nice job. Now according to your percentile you may get Cse in top 10 NITs but you may have to wait till the 6th-7th round of the counselling. It also depend on your category if you come in reserved category then you may get it earlier.
See comparing VIT with any NIT, at vit you have to pay more fees as compared to Nits and if I tell about placement then there is no big difference both have good placements but according to me Your first priority should be any NIT. I wish you that you get the best college for you. All the best.
I hope this help,
Regards, Harsha Sinha

hi,
jee main cutoff is various institutes changes over time to time, depends on questions difficulty level, students category, seat matrix etc. see jee main april session exam is yet to held and it will have effects on your current percentile if number of applicants increased this time. however I would put vit vellore ahead than north east nits, in terms of placement and infrastructure, internship opportunities.
you may use careers360 college predictor tool to know about your probability of colleges,

Hi Harshal,
The slot booking for VIT will commence from the third week of March. Recently they had extended the last date for Application submission to 22nd March so you may expect some delay in this as well.

Hey there
First every branch in engineering has its own prefrence, you should choose the brach which best suits you and the one which you think you can do for your living.
Choosing a branch which is not of your interest would lead to taking it as a burden and ultimately it would not mean anything.
You can also get good GPA in first year and get miration to different branch.
Hope it helps.
It will basically depend upon the score and rank which you have availed. If they have the seat available you can go ahead and apply for the same but for this information you have to contact the college authorities for providing you with this information.
