Your boards percentage is great but JEE mains percentile is extremely low.VIT announced they will offer admission based on 12th board percentage and JEE mains score holders will be given preference.Given your board percentage which is very good and a just below average jee score you have 50-50 chances.You might bot get admission in the top branches but you will get admission in less preferred branches.But hope for the best.
