Hello

VIT Vellore BTech admission process is quite simple

VIT conducts its own entrance called VITEEE
Admission is based on qualifying marks/rank in VITEEE
You need to appear and qualify the VITEEE examination and then you will be provided admission based on your qualifying marks/rank in VITEEE examination

Eligibility for VITEEE examination :- You need to pass 10+2 examination in PCM with minimum 60% marks. Or you need to pass in10+2 examination in PCB with minimum 60% marks if you want to do engineering in biotechnology.

mit it vs vit it. ? which is best

Hello student. Both of them are good colleges. But if asked to rank them in order, my suggestion would be go for MIT. Madras institute of technology is really a good one in terms of placements, education, course curriculum, campus life, infrastructure etc.

You would definitely have a really good campus life.

Fees is less 16K for merit seat while management seat may range upto 1 lakh!

Demerits

As it a private institute the fees is very high,that rest public colleges

No, there is a single window counselling across all campuses of VIT. Candidates can attend the VITEEE counselling at any of the campuses.

how diploma student takes lateral entry admission in VIT Vellore ?

Hello Aspirant,

Unfortunately it is not possible to get into VIT by lateral entry. VIT doesn't allows admission on the basis of Lateral entries for B.Tech. The only way to get into VIT is through VITEEE and it is for first year.

You can try in some other colleges which provides lateral entry facilities.

WHAT IS THE TOTAL FEE FOR IIT AND VIT FOR 4 YEARS?

Hey,
There are twenty three IITs across India and every IIT has different fee structure which is revised from time to time as per the recommendation of IIT Council. Generally,the fee ranges between 8-10 lakhs for B.Tech.However,IITs have the provision of providing fee waivers for needy students.
VITEEE fee structure is different for the two groups of B.Tech programmes - Group A and Group B. According to the fee structure of VITEEE, the tuition fee has to be paid every year while the caution deposit is a one time payment and is also refundable.
For Group A total fee is 1,76,000 per annum.
For Group B total fee is 1,98,000 per annum.

Top 3 branches of VIT are:

Mechanical Engineering(ME): Tough stream but once you develop that zeal getting job is easy.

Electrical and Communication Engineering(ECE): One of the demanding branches.

Computer Science Engineering(CSE): Most trending branch now a days.

There are approx total 5000 seats available across all the campus of VIT and the number of seats for a particular course changes according to the application and the result. So it is quite difficult to predict the number of seats available for the MSc course in VIT , for more details you can refer official website.

which private institute is better Amrita, VIT or SRM

Hello Rajendra,
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University is comparitively a better option than VIT and SRM.
The quality of faculty,Faculty(permanent)-student ration,effective ways of learning and teaching,these all are spot on.The graduation outcomes,research programmes and the infrastructure as well are very efficient.
The second better option is VIT,which although is weaker in the above mentioned parameters than Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University,but is more promising than SRM (based on the above parameters).
