Veterinary admission for 15% quota seats admission is through AIPVT Counselling on the basis of NEET UG score and remaining 85% quota seats admission is through state level entrance Exam, It can also differ state to state.

To appear for NEET Entrance Exam, You should have minimum 50% PCB aggregate score in class 12th as general category & 40% as reserved category.

BVSc course has been included in KCET from 2018 . In all India the total seats are just 400 - 500 for this course . Rank depends upon marks scored in PCB in KCET and  of 12th board. A rank of 1700 - 1800 will get you a seat for BVSc in General merit .

The category wise cutoffs are : 

General: 50%

General OPH : 45%

With a rank of 23659 , it is almost impossible to get a free seat even if you can avail reservation.
