Since, you have not mentioned the exam in which you have got this ranking, I would presume this would be in KCET. With that in mind, i would say that the ranking you have got is enough to get a veterinary seat in any college of the state.

Frankly, 219 is very less for government mbbs college especially for a general candidate. This year we are already seeing this huge rank shuffling in comparison to last year. So it is very less for MBBS. For veterinary there may be some chance which you will get to know

You have to appear for NEET entrance examination for being eligible for veterinary colleges, you are qualifying the academic eligibilty which is 50% aggregation of PCB marks, but  for getting admission in a veterinary college it is necessary to appear in neet. You may apply for counselling if
