Hello aspirant,

As per your percentile, you may get your admission in VIT Pune rather than PICT. This is because as per the college cutoff particularly for PICT, you did not able to secure more percentile, in other words you could not able to secure in the minimum qualifying range.

For getting admission in VIT Pune you can give JEE Mains paper or mhtcet examination or GATE. And you said above that you are non domicile student. Don't worry in VIT Pune you can get admission through mhtcet examination without having a domicile certificate. Because out of state students

Greetings,

As far as UPSC preparation is concerned, you can opt for a college which is comparatively laid back in its dealings with academics so that you get more time to yourself and your preparation.

In that respect, I'd say Cummins College of engineering would be okay.

Other than that
