VIT Engineering Entrance Exam
Dear student,
You might have chances to get Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering in VIT Andhra Pradesh or Bhopal. But it is difficult to get Computer Science Engineering branch and Electronics and Communication Engineering branch in VIT Vellore or VIT Chennai but in category 3 or 4 or 5 you can get them but you need to pay additional amount apart from regular Tution fees.
According to your JEE Mains percentile your expected rank will be around 34066 - 38295. As you have not mentioned the category you belong to so I'm considering it as General Category. Based on previous year's cut-offs you can get few NITs but mostly Non- Core branch you may get.

Dear aspirant,
With 39030th rank in the VITEEE exam, it is near impossible for you to get admission to Computer Science and Engineering branch at VIT Chennai. To get admission to the CSE branch at VIT Chennai, the candidates should have a rank below 35,000. In one of the previous year's counseling rounds, the cut-off for the CSE branch at VIT Chennai was 33000th rank. So, as per your rank, you can seek admission to VIT Bhopal or VIT AP.

It is a bit difficult to predict the exact case as vit doesn't release any cut off for last 2-3 years. It depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in that examination, previous year cut off, number of seats increased, difficulty level of the paper.
But as far as my knowledge , in 90k you should be able to grab cse at vit bhopal in category 1.
