It seems that you are very concerned about your placement and there is no bad in it. As like you said you want the branch which have better exposure to the hiring companies than others, so looking at the current scenario  I will recommend you to go for Computer Science branch or the branch which are very much similar to you like Information Technology and Computer science, Comp.Science Engg.(Spec.in Information Security)  and Engg. (Specialisation in Bioinformatics), as these three computer science related branches are also available in VIT, Vellore.

With the rank you have mentioned, there is good chance that you can get the above branches without any hurdle. VIT Bhopal and VIT AP are the recently established institutes so the cut-offs here are low as compared to VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai. You secured 56015th rank in VITEEE 2021 which is not sufficient to get admission to the CSE branch in the 1st counseling round at VIT Bhopal. Still, you can try till the last round but chances are very less.

Despite being a new VIT college, VIT Bhopal's cut-off for VITEEE is under 50000th rank for the CSE branch. You can try there for admission but chances are very mere. VIT AP is also the newly established VIT college. With 56015th rank, you can easily get admission to CSE Branch at VIT AP. But the thing is that here also you have to keep patience and try till the last counseling round.

As your daughter rank is around 11000 and the rank needed to get in cse is around 8000 and for cse with specialisation in Bioinformatics could be around 12000 in the first counselling in category 1 only. So I probably say she can easily get in the first counselling. Go on with the university updates about the counselling.
