According to your VITEEE 2021 Rank it is difficult to get Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering in VIT Vellore or VIT Chennai. But you may have chances of getting Mechanical Engineering in VIT Andhra Pradesh and VIT Bhopal based on previous year's cut-offs. The cutoffs varies from year to year and branch to branch and campus to campus.

It is really unpredictable as cut-offs varies from year to year. But based on previous year's cut-offs you have decent chances of getting Computer Science Engineering in VIT Chennai as your rank is near to previous year's cut-offs. You might have chances of getting in Category 1 or Category 2.
The cut-offs varies from campus to campus and branch to branch. The cut-offs will depend on factors like number of students appeared, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.

As per previous years records, you can try getting ECE seat in VIT Vellore campus under category 4 or 5 . But if you only want Bhopal campus, then as per previous years records, you can get CSE under category 2 with rank upto 55k and ECE as well. Also, if you do not get the required seat under category 1 or 2 then do not get disheartened you can always sit for category 3 and so on.

As per the previous records, you can get all the branches except CSE and IT in VIT Vellore campus. As to get CSE you must have atleast rank under 5000 for IT it must be under 9000. So, you can apply for other branches such as ECE, Civil, mechanical etc. in any campus or you can apply for CSE in Chennai campus. But if you do not get the required branch do not get disheartened you can sit for category 2 anytime.

It is unpredictable and difficult to say because every year cut-offs changes. But Cutoffs differs from branch to branch. If you wish to get Computer Science Engineering or any IT branch then try to get Rank below 12000. If you wish to get Non-IT branch you should get Rank below 25000. These are expected Ranks and may vary on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, number of seats available, difficulty level of the exam, etc.

Congratulations for your success in VITEEE . With the mentioned rank you cannot get CS or IT in category 1 or 2 at Vellore campus. You might get a category 3 seat in IT or Cse if previous cutoff trends is analysed.
JIIT offers admissions to btech courses on the basis of JEE scores or the percentage secured in +2 examination. The previous cutoffs for merit based examination are closed to 88-90 for Cse at JIIT, Noida. You need to fill the counseling form once it is out at https://www.jiit.ac.in/ .
VIT, Vellore surely edges over JIIT In terms of placement records and average package. The average package for a Car student at VIT is close to 7 lacs while it is around 4-4.5 lacs at JIIT.
