As you have mentioned that you have got 49k approximately , so I would talk about the vit vellore main campus. Chances in vit vellore cse branch are minimal. If you get also the fees would be very as it would cost you around 28L. But you have good chances for electronics branch in category 2 or category 3.

In vit chennai , yoh may get cse their at category 3 or category 4 so you should go for either of the two. The other two branches for vit are not good so do not choose it.

As you have mentioned that you have got 89k rank in viteee exam  2021, so I would suggest you to go for other universities/colleges like srm University,manipal, colleges through comedk like ms Ramaiah, rv college of engineering as in this rank you would not any good branch in vit vellore main campus and even in vit chennai. Maybe you will get core branches like mechanical ,civil. These colleges are not for core branches as you will end up getting placed in bul hiring companies.

COMEDK UGET 2021 has been postponed until further notice considering the increasing COVID-19 cases in the country. The exam was earlier scheduled for June 20, 2021. In phase v counselling of VITEEE examination you will get VIT Amravati or VIT Bhopal campus. You can't get VIT Vellore campus. But which branch you will get its quite difficult to predict. Because we all know every year cutoff marks different. So you may get ECE branch also you will get mechanical.. it's depends on the counselling. So go for the counselling.

Your rank is too high dear. It's impossible to get chance to admission in VIT Vellore campus. But you will get admission may be VIT Amravati or VIT Bhopal campus. But which department it's quite difficult to predict..but direct admission also problematic in this rank..may be you will get seat through management quota. If you go for management quota then you will get good branch definitely. Now Choice is totally yours.
