According to previous year cutoffs you have chance of getting cse in vit campus. But the cutoff may vary from year to year.

It depends on a lot of factors such as no of students, Seat availability, difficulty level of paper and more.But you have chance in either category1

It is difficult to predict because cut-offs varies every year. You might have chances of getting Computer Science Engineering branch in VIT Vellore in Category 2 or 3 for your VITEEE Rank based on previous year's cut-offs.
