There is no official news by the government nor the council about abolishion of WBJEE in 2020. 

Since thereis no such news, so WBJEE will be held in 2020 and will not be demolished. 

Jadavpur University takes admission only through WBJEE. So it will take admission in 2020.

I think your rank is average and maybe you have a few chances that you may get JU in decentralized counselling but after seeing your SC rank that increases your chances so much. I think maybe 65% chance that you get the Counselling but my suggestion is you also seek

The previous year's cutoff ranks for CS branch in Srerampore government engineering college,WB under OBC-A category is:-

     8190- 9903

So, according to your wbjee rank, your chances of getting a seat there is almost nil.

So, I will suggest you to try for some other colleges.

thanks for asking your query as per your gmr rank in wbjee 2019 your perf is too low to get seat in jadavpur university because cutoff for jadavpur is between 50 to 1800 gmr rank.Therefore you should look for other college.
