if you are asking about neet ug exam, it is necessary to upload your original 10th mark sheet or certificate scanned copy. the size of the scanned document should be 100kb to 400kb.

Your leaving certificate will not be good enough. You cannot upload xerox copies either. You can upload the marksheet but not leaving certificate. Follow these guidelines please:

You should carry your original adhaar card as they verify you and the photo should be there in xerox the black patch will come because of the ink so you should carry admit and original adhaar card for the exam.
