There are approximately 1 lakh MBBS seats in India including all the Medical Colleges. And the admission to all these seats is through NEET. And there is no alternative to NEET in India. Now if you want to study MBBS abroad, you need to qualify in NEET as well.

You can change the preferences of examination cities during the correction period. The correction window opens on 15 January 2020 to 30 January 2020. At that time you can change your first choice to cuttack and second choice to gantok. Also, you have to take printout of corrected application form

You can change your Category from General Category to EWS and then produce relevant certificates to avail the reservation benefits. Medical Criteria of eyesight for NDA is:-

A candidate should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in the worse eye with or without glasses. Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D

It  might be possible to get an admission still it depends on lots of factors. Cutoff marks might be low but there is even a rank cutoff for pwd candidates and if you score that much rank then only you will get an admission. as there will be lots
