Yes as long as you have residential certificate of Maharashtra you will be treated as state candidate and will get the related benefits. However if any exam specifically ask for home state education , which is not usually the case then you may not be eligible.

Obviously,you are elligible for BITSAT as your aggregate 12th board percentage is 75+ and above 60+percentage in each individual subject (PCM).So,with valid score card of BITSAT you can allot seat in different campus of BITs..

The old admit card can be regenerated by just downloading it from the site from where you downloaded it previous year. The previous year's admit can be downloaded. It's not an issue.
