For admission in courses through the faculties of Arts, Commerce, Mathematical Sciences, Music, Social Sciences, Applied Social Sciences & Humanities marks of best four subjects will be considered.

Class 12 pass certificate will not lead you to become a CID officer. You need to do graduation from any of the recognized university. To become a CID officer you need to have atleast 2 years of experience in police department. You could clear the UPSC after your graduation
