Hello aspirant
To be frank I don't want to demotivate you but getting a private colleges of low fees at your rank is quite tough. As most of the north Indian student apply for Karnataka and Kerala counseling to get low cost Private medical college because of that this two states have high cut off rank about 40k only. Almost upto that rank only students grab a seat in private colleges of that two states. Also talking about total fees (including hostel mess etc) the minimum expenses will also be around 8-9 lakhs/annum for both states. As counseling has not been started yet so better you try upto mopup round may you grab a seat. You can apply in karnataka through kea.kar.nic.in and in Kerala through keam2020.
