It is difficult to say anything without knowing which exam you are referring to, also to know about the admission possibilities details like category and quota you belong to (home/other state) are needed . Cutoffs are also decided by the number of seats available for the the branch in each college and the number of candidates applying for it . In a general sense if you belong to the unreserved category , with this rank a good government seat is little difficult , you may have to go for private colleges. But still cannot predict for anything without any further information.

Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a good govt. Mbbs College. So, getting a govt. Mbbs college with 360 marks is very tough, since you asked about private college, so yes you will get admssion in private college with 360 marks in neet. There are many courses like B.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany, Zoology, Pharma D, B.Pharmacy.
