No matter you mentioned your rank, but you didn't mention your category. Anyways, if you're from OC category, then the chances of getting a B.SC agriculture seat seem to be less, but don't get worried you can look into private colleges offering agriculture programs.
These colleges are-
OC category means other caste category or in layman terms, General category. For general/OC category, caste certificate is never required while college admission process as there is no option of reservation for the candidates who fall under the general category.
