I'm assuming that you're from General Category. There is no fixed cut off of any branch but you have to score at least 48000 in CRL or 80-90% percentile score to get a seat for sure in B.tech CSE branch at SIT

There are only few State which have fees less than 10lakh. Chattisgarh, Kerala, karanatakas,college of mp are having less than that or approximately 10 lakhs. In these state you can participate for counselling didn't matter which state you are fro. Getting College in these state is very hard
