Farmer quota seats are limited and usually have higher cut-offs, so it depends on how many candidates applied under this quota this year. You may get a chance if some seats remain vacant after general quota admissions. It’s better to check the previous year’s cut-offs for the Farmer quota in AU region and also keep alternative colleges or courses as backup. Participating actively in the counseling process will give you the best chance.

Yes, you can. After 10th, you can join a Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering (often called Machine or Mechanical Engineering). It usually takes 3 years to complete.

You need to have 10th pass with maths and science . After the diploma, you can also join BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering through lateral entry.
