Those are internal matters of the college and are not shared publicly. You can ask regarding any material or any help in studies to your friends,seniors and your respective teachers. They might have previous year papers so you can request your teacher to give it for some time if it is possible.

Mostly you get from what you are taught but semester exam papers are unexpected which can only be tackled if you prepare well. It is not like always that you write a story and get marks. Some times it helps but not always. So prepare well your subjects and ask your teacher to guide you with the hard parts.
