Yes, the bill has been passed by the president and now it is law.

Central government has ordered all state government to implement the law.

Yes it will be implemented from the academic year 2019-2020.

People whose yearly income is less than 8 lacks. And posses less than 5 acers of agricultural land and eligible for this 10 % quota

That's means fir 2018-19 academic year this won't be applicableIn Neet 2019 counselling we can't use this ews reservation benefit
