The admission to undergraduate medical courses through NEET to various private and government medical colleges throughout India has begun in most of the states.
Yes,the 10%quota for economically weaker section is available in NEET 2019. It is called EWS category. To avail this quota you need to produce EWS certificate which will be issued under your district authority.
