10359 is my EAMCET rank so I think that I can get nsrit so is it a gov seat and if yes what is the remaining fee

With this rank in AP eamcet , you can surely get a government seat in NSRIT , and in that case you will pay the same fees as all other  students which is Rs.50200  ( a bit variations can be there for different years)but the advantage of getting a government seat is that you will get 35000 from government ,so in total if we see your fees will be 50000 - 35000 equals to 15000 approx.
