This score is really low for getting admission in any government dental college even if you are from a reserved catagory.
If you are really keen in pursuing a medical career I would suggest you to prepare again for the entrance exam.stay focused and determined,put all your efforts and score well.

The marks are very low so the chances of getting the good college are almost nil. You have to go for the private college only for the admission in BDS in AP. The fees for the BDS in AP varies as per the college policy. A link is attached which will provide you the name of the BDS colleges in AP and also you can see the fee structure for each.
