If you've already received your call letter and haven't attended SRMJEE counselling, then you can't take admission through counselling anymore. 2nd round is only for those ranks, who didn't get the call letter previously. But you can apply at college (often they consider these cases). Otherwise you can go for management quota which is not a preferable option at all.
