. First of all it depends whether you are from other state or a resident of West Bengal.
If you are an outsider ( *any category) you will be treated as general candidate in wbjee. NO reservation for outsiders.
But if you are from West Bengal and SC candidate then you can get CSE with a rank of about 1200 ,so i think it would be difficult for you to fetch cse there but you can look for other branches.
