450 marks in neet i m general candidate can i apply in 2nd round counselling or is it necessary to register in first round only??

Dear Sir / Ma'm, whichever counselling be it state or All India, you must always participate from the very first round of counselling. Maybe you have lesser chances than others, but you must always apply. The exact date of starting of the state counselling has not yet been released as of now.
