since i have got 450 marks in neet 2019.can i register for 2nd round counselling and if not get seat can be passed to mop up round counsell?

Dear Sir / Ma'm, however low you may have scored, it is always advised to register in the first round of counselling itself. Since we do not know your domicile state, but still it would be advised to register in the first round itself and subsequently if you do not get a seat in any round of counselling, you still have the mop-up round counselling.
