510 marks and 43466 rank in neet 2019. UR category of Odisha domicile. Is it possible to get BDS seat?

In 2018  under State Quota 508 marks secured an All India Rank of 18621 and secured a seat in GMC, Balangir under  General Category. And an All India Rank of 39314 secured 466 marks and secured a seat in Hi Tech Dental College which is a Private Dental College. This is for General Category. Though your marks are good, this year ranks took over marks and cut offs went way too high. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. But in further rounds of State Counselling, you might actually get a BDS seat.

Hello Sanghamitra, No, you won't get any government seat at this rank. The 2018 closing rank for the general category home state candidate was 21963 and the score was 499. So, I don't think you can get admission here because although you have scored higher marks but you have low rank.
