Considering the previous year's Cutoffs you have very few chances of getting seat in a Govt college, but you may get seat on Patna dental college and hospital as it's Cutoff was 525 marks ,

The cutoff for General category in neet is normally ranges around 490.But this year there is a high chances that the cutoffs will increase in neet. However 525 marks is supposed to fetch you a government MBBS college. Maynot be the top college but certainly a government college. You will get government MBBS college through state quota of bihar easily.
