If you are asking about admission to MBBS/BDS courses then for admission to 85% state quota seats in Governemnt medical/dental colleges, candidates are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria of the state in which he/she wishes to take admission.
As per the eligibility criteria of the Punjab MBBS BDS admission, candidate must be bonafide residents of Punjab. And for haryana MBBS BDS seats also, candidate should be Bonafide resident of Haryana.
if you wish to take admission in any other states then you can apply through 15% All India Quota.
