A Person who completed 10+2 in 2016 and got admitted in an NIT is eligible for JEE mains 2019?

I failed in class 12th boards 2016 but due to some reasons I didnt pass in 2017 as well. Am I eligible for JEE Mains 2018?

Fir Jee Mains 2019, studnets from 2017 onwards passouts ar eligible.

If you have passed in 2016,onky 3succeesing years attempts are allowwd which means for 2016, 2017, 2018 is permitted.
