A student cannot find their exact Odisha (Odia) state rank directly from an All India Rank of 317,044 using a fixed mathematical formula. Instead, the official state merit list is compiled and released separately by the state counselling authority (such as DMET, Odisha) only after candidates register locally with their domicile details.
