For state quota it varies from state to state.. however for all india quota counselling, try to have score of 540+ marks in neet ug exam under general category..

To avail a seat through AIQ 15 %, you need to score above 570 marks.
Individual state level cut off scores may vary.
Nonetheless scoring above 570 will keep you in the safe zone.
