With 450 marks you can expect a good private medical college, private colleges are quite expensive as compared to government college, that's why you get government college at high marks, government college seat depends on you marks, higher your marks , Better college you get. With 450 marks it is tough to get a government medical seat however you can expect for a semi-govt college. After you get your results, go through every counseling, don't miss any counseling.
