Greetings. Hope you're doing well. Delhi University is one of the most reputed universities in our country. The eligibility to be admitted in one of its colleges depend on merit or entrance examination. DU release around 5-6 cut off every year and the percentage required varies course to course, college to college. You can get an admission only if you by any chance belong in reserved category or wish to pursue a course which has low cut off.

Can't really be sure about your chances, all you can do is wait for further cut off. It is always unpredictable.
