    Dear Aspirant,

    You can access your ID even if you haven't paid the registration fee. Please check if your details are right, if there's proper internet connection. These can be few reasons for the problem. The account will display information regarding the candidate's status of the process. If none if it works you can reach out the helplines given in the official website.
