After writing NEET, can we directly approach private college for admission in NRI quota or we have to participate counseling ?
Hi Manish!
All students who would like to acquire a seat in private colleges have to participate in counselling under Deemed University section on MCC website. No student can approach the college directly. Obtaining admission will be based on your NEET rank and your preference list.
Hope this answers your question!

After writing NEET, one has to wait for the results, i.e- to get one’s rank.
After that, there will be counselling. Candidates need to apply for counselling and go through the counselling to obtain seats in any medical college. This counselling happens on the basis of rank obtained.
There are two counsellings usually. One is by the Central Online Counselling and the other is the State Counselling.
